Our team has the pleasure of partnering once again with The Olive Oil Source to craft a custom extra virgin olive oil. Based locally in Central California, The Olive Oil Source has become internationally known as the go-to place for anything and everything related to olive oil. Whether you’re a producer looking for the latest equipment, a retailer looking to expand your product line, or simply an olive oil enthusiast, they offer everything you need—everything but the olive itself.
This bottle’s harvest field blend draws heavily on the classic Italian varietals (grown here in Santa Ynez, California) of Maurino, Frantoio and Pendolino. This blend is balanced with the addition of Leccino varietal oil for a delicate flavor with fruity notes. This extra virgin olive oil has delightful flavors of citrus, green apple, artichoke, and almond. Hand harvested and milled here in Santa Ynez.
Our very own Founder, Justine (aka “La Patrona”), has lovingly curated a family recipe for classic pesto, crafted to shine with the vibrant flavors of our signature olive oil. A recipe passed down and perfected, now shared from her kitchen to yours.

2 oz Parmesan Cheese
1 clove garlic
1 oz Pine Nuts
2 Oz fresh Basil Leaves
Salt to Taste
Red Pepper Flakes
Blend on high for 30 seconds
Adjust to Med while slowly adding 1 Bottle RBR Olive Oil
Continue Blending until smooth
Serve over pasta or as a Dip

In collaboration with Stafford’s Chocolates, we’ve created our very own signature bark, combining flavors and textures that showcase our shared passion for authentic flavors and thoughtful preparation.
A guest favorite, we combine each member of our team’s favorite trail mix ingredient to create the ultimate RBR collaboration, a delicious recipe we lovingly call “Happy Trails Mix.”
Inspired by the prickly pear growing on the Ranch, this chocolate bark was thoughtfully handmade just for RBR and you, but watch out, as our team had the Stafford Chocolatiers add a kick of jalapeño to spice things up a bit!
