THE HORSE-HUMAN CONNECTION.

When Was the last time you felt joy?

Our dream at ROUNDBARN is to shift the entire experience of self-discovery away from what many have come to expect.

At ROUNDBARN we offer the horse-human connection as a tool for identifying and aligning with your values, releasing limits and labels, and for focusing on JOY as a compass in your life.

Perhaps most importantly, we believe that learning to better understand ourselves through the horse-human connection should be available to all. It is in this spirit, that we founded RBR as a 501(c)(3)—to provide joyful self-exploration experiences to ALL using the horse-human connection as the guide AND without concern for the explorer’s ability to pay. If financial barriers exist, we are honored to be an organization that offers partial and full sponsorship to those who qualify.

What Is The ROUNDBARN Way?

  • Day 1: Collaboration: Focuses on building trust and identifying support systems. Activities include group exercises involving grooming horses and sharing personal skills.

  • Day 2: Authenticity: Explores personal values, limitations, and drivers. Activities involve identifying values, releasing limiting beliefs, and understanding what motivates us.

  • Day 3: Joy: Centers on identifying and embracing sources of joy. Activities include self-expression through photography with horses and identifying activities that bring joy.

  • Day 4: Open-Mindedness: Encourages participants to explore possibilities and different perspectives. Activities include leading exercises with horses and exploring curiosity.

  • Day 5: Gratitude: Focuses on expressing gratitude and integrating the week's learnings. Activities include an obstacle course with horses, symbolizing the different themes of the week.
